•Deliveries are fulfilled only within India. Orders with addresses outside India are not accepted
Order acceptance
•Orders are accepted at the company’s sole discretion. The company may cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons such as unavailability, operational/logistics constraints, pricing or listing errors, high-risk or unverifiable orders, payment issues, compliance, or force majeure.
•For prepaid orders canceled by the company, the corresponding refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 1 week of cancellation confirmation. Actual credit timelines may depend on banking/payment partners.
Payment confirmation
•Order handling for Shipping and Delivery begins only after full payment is received or confirmed payment authorization is completed, as applicable.
•No payment credentials are stored by the company; payments are handled by independent payment service providers.
Testing and packing time
•Allow up to 2 business days after payment confirmation for machine testing, quality checks, and protective packaging before dispatch is booked.
•On request before dispatch, packaging photos and short testing/inspection videos can be shared, subject to availability and scheduling.
Dispatch and carrier handover
•Shipments are handed over to independent shipping/courier/transport partners for pickup, transit, and delivery.
•Title and risk pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Transit thereafter is at the buyer’s risk.
•Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed, and no returns will be accepted
Tracking detail
•After dispatch, a tracking/consignment ID (e.g., LR number) and carrier name will be shared when available to monitor transit.
•Tracking visibility depends on the carrier’s systems, scanning events, and update frequency
Delivery timelines (India)
•Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by PIN code, route, serviceability, regulatory checks, weather, or carrier operations. Any communicated date is indicative and not guaranteed.
•No returns or refunds will be accepted due to any delay, rescheduling, or missed delivery window by the carrier, and the company is not responsible for any loss or consequential loss arising from such delays.
•Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, transit is at the buyer’s risk. Any claims for delay, loss, pilferage, or damage in transit must be raised directly with the carrier as per the carrier’s terms; the company may provide reasonable documentation support upon request
Shipping charges and transport costs
•Shipping/transport charges are determined by the carrier and may change without prior notice based on weight, dimensions, destination, service level, tariffs, fuel, and handling surcharges.
•Any additional on-route charges (such as entry tax, octroi, detention, unloading, labor) are borne by the consignee unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Packaging standards
•Standard packaging suitable for commercial equipment transport is used. Special wooden packing (if requested) may affect cost and timelines.
Damage, loss, or delay in transit
•The company is not liable for damage, loss, pilferage, or delay occurring while the shipment is in the carrier’s custody after handover.
•Claims, if any, must be raised directly with the carrier as per the carrier’s terms. Upon request, the company will provide reasonable documentation support (such as proof of handover, invoices, available photos).
•At delivery, any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and documented with photos/video immediately to support carrier claims.
Undeliverable or refused shipment
•If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, consignee unavailability, or refusal at destination, any storage, re-delivery, or return-to-origin (RTO) charges will be borne by the buyer.
•No returns are accepted in such cases. If the buyer requests re-delivery after RTO, all re-delivery/forwarding charges must be paid by the buyer according to the shipping company’s applicable tariffs.
No returns or replacements
•Products once dispatched are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange. Verify model, specifications, dimensions, site readiness, and utility requirements before order confirmation and dispatch.
Media retention (testing/packing photos and videos)
After successful delivery, pre-dispatch testing/packing photos or videos (if shared) remain available for up to 48 hours from the recorded delivery time and are then deleted from active storage; links may be disabled.
Policy updates
•This Shipping and Delivery Policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in operations, carrier terms, or regulatory requirements without prior notice or separate confirmation.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
•By placing an order, providing shipping details, or proceeding with delivery arrangements, the buyer confirms agreement with this Shipping and Delivery Policy and the site’s Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail and this policy will be read in harmony with them.
•The buyer must agree to all applicable conditions, including this Shipping and Delivery Policy and the site’s Terms and Conditions, before submitting or confirming any order.
